Its design is inverted, since it is accessed through the upper level, where we find the social area with a spacious dining room with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that allow access to the surrounding terrace, where we have an excellent BBQ and open dining room. . On the same level we have the modern kitchen, social bathroom, auxiliary kitchen and service area. Four bedrooms and a study are arranged on the lower level, all located on the façade with access to the garden.

The house is defined by large-format brick, exposed concrete and wood both on its ceilings and on the façade lattices that cover the bathroom windows to guarantee privacy.
