Great house with two levels and terrace, with a marked colonial style, characteristic of the Municipality. It has two fronts, namely: on the street it has a place for a bar-restaurant and access to the Hostal Chie, and on the road it has a two-level commercial establishment for the sale of fast food.

Accessing the hostel we have the reception, waiting room, kitchen, communal bathrooms, laundry area and storage. On the second level we have eleven (11) rooms with private bathroom.

Additionally, also on the second floor, we have an apartment with access to a circulation hall, a reception hall,

warehouse, living room, dining room, ironing room, auxiliary room, balcony, kitchen, clothing area, bedroom bathroom, two additional bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom.
